Championship Performance Partnership · partner brief

One championship team.
One new enterprise category.

Not the driver.The organisation.

P1 seeks one Championship Performance Partner to jointly develop a proprietary enterprise performance system derived from selected operating disciplines of a championship Formula 1 organisation.

The team enters the P1 system as performance partner and co developer of selected intellectual property. Not as a venue, a sponsor or a brand licence.

A championship team is a rare thing: a fully integrated performance organisation in which thousands of decisions must resolve into one objectively measured outcome, and the cycle never stops.

Eight characteristics rarely found together inside conventional enterprise. This is why the benchmark is a team, not a driver.

  1. 01

    Objective performance

The scoreboard is undeniable. No quarterly narrative can disguise the result.

  2. 02

    Extreme integration

Each function changes the performance of the whole. Nothing operates independently.

  3. 03

    Continuous competition

Operate today’s car while developing tomorrow’s.

  4. 04

    Global execution

An elite operating environment rebuilt across countries and time zones, repeatedly.

  5. 05

    Decision speed

Weeks compressed into minutes, seconds and fractions of seconds.

  6. 06

    Resource constraint

The cost cap makes performance partly a capital allocation problem.

  7. 07

    Human × machine performance

One decision system. Machines produce information; humans remain accountable for judgement.

  8. 08

    Radical feedback

Every lap, stop and failure produces evidence. A visible laboratory for learning velocity.

What P1 is asking for

03

Selected access to the repeatable operating disciplines behind sustained elite performance.

Never

The secrets that make one car faster.

No car design IP, technical secrets, proprietary race strategy, confidential telemetry, regulated financial detail or competitive data. The programme studies how champions operate.

What P1 builds around it · eight performance laboratories

  1. Team contribution

Strategy leadership: how race strategy is modelled, decided and revised as weather, competitors, tyres and incidents change the problem.

    P1 design

A live decision environment on the campus: calls made and remade as the picture moves, then debriefed.

    HAIL-Q layer

Perceive → Compute → Decide. Decision quality when certainty is impossible.

    Executive outcome

How leaders make high quality decisions without certainty.

Why the team participates

04

The commercial logic for a championship organisation.

The team’s operating excellence becomes the foundation of a premium enterprise performance category, with its confidential IP untouched and its performance authority extended under control.

  1. 01

    New enterprise IP

Translate performance authority into a structured, jointly held enterprise methodology.

  2. 02

    New business to business platform

High value experiences and deployment for existing and future sponsors, beyond visibility and hospitality.

  3. 03

    New C-suite access

Senior global enterprise leaders enter a deeper, recurring relationship with the team.

  4. 04

    Sponsor expansion

A platform partners can activate inside their own organisations and client bases.

  5. 05

    Recurring economics

Summit, Champions and annual remeasurement create year round value rather than event only exposure.

  6. 06

    Controlled brand extension

Association with the systems behind winning, not simply the result.

Confidentiality posture

Selected systems. Selected practitioners. Non sensitive operating disciplines. Jointly developed enterprise translation. Controlled access. Joint IP governance. The team approves scope, content and public reference at every stage.

Status

Selection in progress, in alignment with the founding enterprise partner group. P1’s team has direct relationships across multiple championship Formula 1 organisations; P1 is independent of Formula One Group and every team. Financial terms are not published on this platform; a partner room with economics and draft structure is prepared for the selected conversation.
