P1 Summit · private commercial concept

Formula 1 hospitality lets executives watch elite performance. P1 puts them inside the system that creates it.

01 · The market logic

Corporate clients already invest premium five figure sums in Formula 1 weekends for access, hospitality, entertainment and relationships.

Formula 1 hospitality

Watch. Access, hospitality, entertainment, relationships.

P1 Summit

Enter. Measurement, learning, capability, deployment, remeasurement.

P1 is designed at a similar premium level with a different return. The same expectation of delivery, a limited cohort, exceptional service and a Formula 1 environment; passive observation replaced by an instrumented performance programme.

Indicative delegate investment

US$10,000 to 15,000 per executive

Subject to final programme structure. Prior P1 planning used a US$10,000 reference against a US$5,900 to 15,000 premium hospitality benchmark; the benchmark is a P1 planning reference, not a published market price.

The P1 performance campus · proposed operating plan

03

Lusail International Circuit as a live enterprise performance campus.

The pit complex and its garages reconfigure as performance laboratories, the pit lane as an operational environment, the circuit as a decision environment, the simulator as a Human × Machine laboratory, the paddock as the connective tissue. Select a laboratory to see where it happens.
